Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your place of residence, or use the app with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

When you buy a single book, it is added to your library and stays yours to read, including offline, for as long as we operate the service. Ownership of a book does not depend on holding a subscription.

NaturaRead Plus lets you read the whole library for a recurring monthly fee, shown at checkout, held at your founding rate for as long as your subscription stays active. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and access continues to the end of the paid period. If a subscription ends, books you purchased separately remain yours, while books available only through your Plus books become unavailable until you renew.

Some books are offered free. A free book you open is kept in your library on the same terms as a book you own. Which titles are free may change over time.

If something is wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will make it right. Where required by law, you keep any statutory right to a refund. Subscription fees already charged for a completed period are generally non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

The library is for your personal reading. Please do not copy, redistribute, resell, or attempt to extract the app content in bulk, interfere with the service, or use it to break the law. Public-domain works are free of copyright, but the app, its design, and its prepared editions are not.

We work to keep the app and its books available and accurate, but we provide the service as is and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change, or remove titles and features over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Better You Everyday Publications is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and let you know where appropriate. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
